I just wonder if the systems in the U.S. such marriage contracts, divorce, settlement, custody, etc. were truly fair to men would women act differently?

If men had:

  • 90 days after notification of pregnancy to totally opt out of a child's life, including child support (call it a male's "right to choose")
  • All parties in a marriage only leave with what they brought in, any gains are sold & split with the percentage weighted in favor of the person who made the most income - you make more you get more from the split
  • No alimony to either party from either party
  • Custody will be sole custody granted by facts only - no courts, just a computerized system that is given information such as housing, means, etc. without mentioning which party was male / female
  • Child support will be percentage based on continuously updated current wages of both individuals, weighted toward the one making more money and not set at any specific level
