You shouldn't have yelled at her, but you also should never apologize. I would text her, say "Delete my number" and leave it at that. That way you can have the last word.

She was just keeping you around for attention. Also, from now on make moves within the first 2 days, don't wait months.

Your friendship is over because you yelled at her. With women, there is no coming back from that. There is no chance that she will ever consider you a great friend or potential lover ever, unless you get super rich or famous tomorrow. I would suggest dropping her so you can maintain higher value and learning from your mistakes. She sees you as a super butt hurt guy right now and there is no real recovery. I'd break off the friendship in 5 words or less, preferably "Delete my number." and then move on and never talk to her again.
