They all secretly hate her, but they aren't sure if she is going to be the alpha-hen or not. Ignore her except for work related needs, and then be cheerful and responsive. This tends to dismiss the office-bimbos.

That is NOT a bad thing. I hope to god you didn't act awkward. (Let' make this about me, shall we?) I'm a pretty outgoing, animated and playful guy, as well as being a bit of an insufferable asshole when it comes to getting business done. As such, office people tend to both love me and hate at the same time. There was this one time I made a big show of myself in one of the company cafeterias and when I left one of the nerds pronounced I was "so weird." Obviously, I get this story second hand, but apparently someone followed up with "but you'll remember him" and silence fell on the room. I sure as hell don't remember whomever it was that said it, but I know this--I was one of the executives and he wasn't. People did what I said, not what he said.

So my point is this. I think you are the problem here. Stop caring about what they think about you. Be professional. Be strong. Keep your frame. And embrace moments when you stick out. You will go nowhere unless you are separated from the pack. Sure, there will be a few times in your life when being away from the pack means the lion chooses to eat you. Where there is risk, there is reward.

If they made me play music I would have put Vanilla Ice on and danced like a retard. Not because I liked the music, but because they would have remembered that a) I had the courage to put myself out there to entertain them and b) I didn't give a single fuck if they laughed at me.

Oh, and avoiding women is MGTOW, not TRP. We like women. We just talk about how to deal with them.

Wahhhhhh they talk too much. Here's how you kill a conversation with them: ask questions completely unrelated to what they're saying and then interrupt their answer. They'll walk away guaranteed

Look into working for a start up. They are often a small group of guys who want to shake up an industry, and put in the work to do so. It's typically a culture where hard work and efficiency is key.

However, most startups will have some issues, primarily based on capital. Many bosses will try to avoid paying you, and there's always the risk the startup will fold and you'll find yourself unemployed. It's a young persons game, and don't get into it unless you have a decent safety net. It helps if you're living with your parents.

I'll tell you right here this won't be a happy message. But it's the truth, in all its ugly glory.

Further, I'd even go far enough to say you NEED that social experience. No it's not pleasant interacting with frivolous women 40 hours a week, but that's The Way It Is.

In any business environment you'll be working in going forward females will exist, some of them in very crucial roles that they have only the dimmest idea to operate in.

You'll need those social skills earned and sharpened in the trenches because how well you charm a post-wall female executive for a different company may make the difference between a Big Contract and a Big Failure.

Case in point- I received the top raise for my department despite not doing nearly half of the grunt work of my competition. It's because my game background has prepared me for communicating with the female supervisors in ways the other males here just don't see. That shit matters : it's not about your work quality anymore, but how well you game females around you to get what you want in the office. The objective for game on the street is sex. The objective for game at the office is power and career advancement. Same tools, different goal.

Even in the military, you'll be working around women. So look at this as a learning experience, and sharpen those game skills for when you get the Big Job. Because the stakes only get higher with time, and with most college grads today being women they'll only become further entrenched in business and management roles.

Things can be worse.

I worked during the dot.coms and had to deal with bosses who were gay as well as coworkers. On some of the projects in San Francisco you might have a 75% gay percentage in the programming teams.

If you are doing hardcore actual work the women tend to be far away, so the easiest way to steer clear of the females is to get into a challenging project.

My advice:

Treat the endurance of the personalties as a cost of doing business. There is nothing "fun" about being around it, but the $$$ of the job is your reason to be a wage slave in the first place.

Startups offer the potential of higher upside, but you can get stuck with nothing if you aren't careful.

Money is what work is about... earn it quickly then get out.

That would actually elevate him in my mind because then his whole thing was a Game and he did what he had to do to make the hype then got out. He's already earned more than guys that had their bodies broken over many years of fighting.

I believe most larger corporates have a female leaning culture. I am currently in a 100% male culture but its a rare thing not easy to find. I work in an expat run company in se asia / oceania in tech. The internal culture retains the good parts of colonial era behaviour - high value on male traits such as honor (that's "honour" for us), loyalty and male friendships, decisiveness, use of personal power in executing decisions, etc.

Oh, and 100% male senior management team.

What's your work history like before graduation?

Most high energy high profile companies aren't going to hire a fresh grad with no real experience.

You might have to churn a few jobs in the gynogutter until your value becomes obvious to the higher stress jobs that women avoid.
