Hi all,

I'm sure this isn't the first time something like this has been posted. My girlfriend of two years is constantly annoyed and trying to fix little things that I do, most of which I don't feel like I have any control of. For example

She doesn't like that I tend to stand more with my stomach out than my chest, and is always pulling my shoulders out and trying to get me to stand up straight She doesn't like when I make any noise with my mouth, and is always asking me to stop (I don't even notice that I'm doing anything) She is often annoyed by my voice. Either it's too high, or it's a certain inflection that bothers her. She used to be bothered that I move my hands a lot when I talk, but I was firm on her stopping bothering me about that, and she mostly did. As you can pick up, she is sensitive to the fact that I'm not your average "guys guy" (like she's dated in the past), and most of what she's trying to fix are my more feminine qualities.

So, is she being fair? Are these subconscious things stuff I should work to change for her?

Part of me wants to because I want her to be as attracted to me as possible, but the other part of me wants her to love me for exactly who I am.

tl;Dr GF is annoyed by some of my more unmanly qualities, but I have no idea I'm doing most of them
