Guys, I seriously need some affirmation of paradigm. So I just quit some major addictions recently, namely video gaming which was a substantial part of my life. It was such a crutch to my existence, and I subconsciously used it to block off the obvious inability to fit a niche in society without doing so at great personal cost. Like I think we as men either suffer to reproduce or get ostracized by society. Women have it easy, specifically in the 21st Century. Sure, 1,000 years ago I would have rather risked the roll of the dice on being a man and hoping I would get to be an Alpha, and if not well being a Beta ain't the worst. But being a WOMAN back then, naaaaaw i'm good. It's a close tie but I would rather die fighting than on an operating table giving birth I guess, at least living the lives attached to such actions. But a woman in 2017 has everything so EASY and us men are forced to help them be comfortable and propagate, ESPECIALLY beta men. Like, what motivation does a man who is not at the top of the food chain do? I could sacrifice my mind and body and time towards earning money so that I can provide a safe and comfy home for my female partner to have children and raise them at, or I could just do anything else and not have children. I am saying a woman can reproduce whenever she wants, and even the ugly ones! but a man needs to sacrifice his own personal well being JUST TO STICK IT IN, and then after the baby is born he is either going to voluntarily stick around to care for that baby OR THE STATE WILL PURSUE HIM AND EVEN LOCK HIM UP IF THE DOESN'T! Like, I GET IT! He SHOULD want to stick around but that's not always the case. So if woman want the support from society about having children when ITS A REALLY HIGH PRIORITY FOR THEM, why complain about it when men don't WANT to do things your way. You're FORCING them to help sustain this baby, but yet FORCING them to create the baby is not okay. I know that has rape undertones but its just a stark contrast between 2017 and pre-societal cultures, and how women want to have their cake and eat it too, and then complain when men ask for crumbs/rights...
