This actually sounds genuine to me, but unfortunately my kneejerk response now is to reject all these accusations.

I don't know what jurisdiction she is in, but there doesn't need to be a threat of violence for it to be considered criminal harassment in most jurisdictions. That's just cops being fucking lazy because this is probably the most obnoxious kind of complaint to deal with.

If it is genuine, she needs to double down and pressure the relevant authorities to do something, not post accusations on facebook. If she is lying, I hope this guy sues.
