Women are simply not capable for serving in the army. They're weaker physically and might undermine the effectiveness of the unit by having periods or getting pregnant. Encouraging females to serve in the army and even pushing them into it like Australia is the dumbest thing you can do.

Use to piss me off like no other when a new E-2 female would get to duty station and in less than 6 months was E-4. Must be nice to sleep up pay grades.

Women getting pregnant before deployment should be treated as deriliction of duty. The fact that women can get knocked up to avoid their obligation is the most gynocentric, insane thing we let women in the military get away with. Not to mention it's ridiculously common.

Imo we should require them to have the Nexplanon birth control implant the moment they sign up. No "uh oh" babies from fucking half the military, no or fewer periods, and no getting knocked up to avoid deployment. The fact this isn't already the norm makes no sense to me.
