Recently saw an episode of The Simpsons, season 28, episode 20 where Homer is portrayed as a dufus (typical tv) who keeps dropping the ball on his marriage.

Of course, the wife is very supportive and feels let down time and time again.

We learned that he's been married since age 18 and will NEVER cheat on her. This is the agenda Hollywood pushes- marry young, have kids, work while she stays home, and you still have some deficiency (him drinking after a long day of work).

The show also demonstrates the wife is very dissapointed in his lack of romance and actually entertains the idea of meeting other men. Ironically, there is ZERO mention as to how the mortgage is being paid, as he is the only one working. Let's just overlook that though and focus on his callous mannerisms.

In the end, Hollywood continues to push the idea that somehow men have all these faults that women overlook, while they are fragile beings who only wants an orbiter provider to love her.

People actually think this way and feel a woman is infallible.- King of Queens, Cleveland Show, Big Bang Theory.

In reality, it is very rare to see higher-income earning women with blue-collar men.

Have you ever dated someone (in your blue pill years) where you pulled your weight but she still didn't give a damn?
