I saved Carly the love interest, but if I played S1 again I'd probably choose Doug. I chose her because she had a gun & could maybe save Doug (this was before I understood the TTG formula)

SERIOUSLY! what's up with all this infuriating need to actively and consciously avoid being labelled "sexist" or "misogynist" or fearing being called such? It is part of this which gives feminists the complacency that they've succeeded in being able to control and restrict the thoughts and utterances of others with shaming labels. Get over what people think about you and speak the truth, always, ... and do the right thing shamelessly.

To your question, it is your choice to save whom you please—do not allow anyone to guilt you to satisfy their selfish demands and wishes by merely invoking on shaming labels. You are nothing for saving whom; if anything, you're even a humane hero for saving whom. Every life is precious. Every life is save-worthy. All life matters or no life matters.

Mate, if there ever was to be a zombie outbreak I'd only care for my immediate family. The grandparents have a property and small farm far from the city in the bush. I think my dad and I would high tail it there. Fuck everyone else, only those I care about I would help. Selfish, but its how I'd do it.
