Yes. Normally you just want to take a nap during the refectory period. But without a serious loving relationship, you'll pretty much be bored afterwards and want to get about your day.

Yeah it is. They usually like to cuddle afterwards which can be very suffocating and hot and uncomfortable when you need that space to recoup. It can put a damper on the experience.

Yeah, very normal. I normally want to get shit done after sex (I don't get sleepy but motivated to do things that are important). I lose complete interest in sex and the woman.

Usually, if you time it you can just be like "Well, it's late and I have stuff to do tomorrow so need to get to bed, so we should continue another time". Women are used to being kicked out after sex, so they are expecting it in general and don't like confrontation so will just go.

But, sometimes you have to just be more direct.
