Asked a woman to marry me in college, she said yes. Within a year I knew that was the wrong direction and broke it off.

Several years passed then dated and lived with a woman for five years. She was adamant she did not want children. When I was interested in marriage she wasn’t, when she was interested in marriage I wasn’t. She fell in love with some dope head and half a year later wanted to get back together. No.

Several years pass met another lass who didn’t want to get married or have kids. I was the “house husband and worked at home, broke up after another five years, her doing. Apparently having it all wasn’t good enough. In both of these cases they wanted to be independent but also treated special yet really did not deliver in the bedroom.

Years pass, dated a woman with grown kids for a year — don’t do it — then dated a woman for 15 years who didn’t want to get married or have kids. I ended that because after a while I was an unpaid employee with no fringe benefits. In the long haul women just fall short in the bedroom (and that is presuming you are reasonable and attentive partner et cetera) It’s like they assume they have you so there is not need to go to bed any more. Sex is a cartel, they create a scarcity and raise prices.

That covers about 40 years, no kids, no marriage, quite a few dates in between that didn’t go anywhere. So now I’m retired, got my health, got my money. No family, either relatives dead or distant. So the big question, am I lonely? No.

There’s plenty to do and none of it requires a woman. Do I still look at them and could still service one? Sure but now I am picky who I wake up with. The sad part is even after decades of experience some women are still just plain lousy in bed — all take, no give — and worse they are still chasing after cash. The basic model doesn’t change. It is said that most prostitutes are honest women and most women dishonest prostitutes. It think that is more true than we like to admit.

It would seem the messy part about being single is being alone, growing old and dying. But that is messy whether you are married or not. That sucks whether you have a family or not. It really sucks if you are married AND still alone like a friend of mine who is dying. When it comes to the end game a spouse and kids don’t make much difference. And the truth is I know only one happily married man. (I think he’s the statistical fluke that skews the average.)

I lived during the era of feminism and its shift from a movement of equality to a movement of hate; I lived from a time when men had respect to now they are the target of gynocentrism. There is a woman out there for you if you want your life controlled by her and the life sucked out of you (and not in a pleasurable way.) If I have a disappointment in my life it is that women were never as good as advertised, the performance never lived up to the billing, and none of them will meet you half way in the relationship. It has to go their way most of the time. They are a side dish to your life, not the main course. Best, keep them as dessert now and then.

We are designed by nature to want women but they’ve always been difficult now they are impossible. She is a loaded gun pointed at your head, and her finger is on the trigger. Don’t be a target.
