Well Soyboy was not doing his job properly. He should have taken control of the situation, that it the job of servants, especially high ranking servants like Butlers. The purpose of the Butler wasn't just to serve but to take control of situations like that which would not cause embarrassment for everyone including the airline.

He served her Macadamia nuts in a bag instead of a tray which lead to her demanding the steward get thrown off the plane.

She flying first class (I presume), she is a VIP, you don't serve nuts in a bag to to first class passengers. The head flight attendant should have ensured that this clown was doing his job properly. After clown screwed up, the head flight attendant should have taken control of the situation. Maybe the head flight attendant is a splitass and wasn't doing her job.

In the olden days, airplanes used to have stewards and stewardesses. The person in charge of the serving staff of the airplane was almost always a steward, he made sure things like this didn't happen.
