It looks dumb/feminine but also uncomfortable as hell.

Even in the winter where coveralls or one piece long underwear might be practical, I don't wear them and don't like full overalls either (can do half overalls when snowboarding). They bind up on you inhibiting movement and don't allow you to easily access your clothing to straighten something, scratch an itch, etc.
