Wanted to share my experience so far working in white collar accounting. Got a entry level position about a year ago after grad. In our dept there's only 2 guys, me and my supervisor, his supervisor is a and then her supervisor, and her supervisor all women in their 30s-50s. I'm guessing so few guys are why this stuff is happening.

This guy is kind of BP got married a long time ago, helps out a lot, literally just a nice guy, works long hours. About when I started he said one of the girls told his superiors that she didn't feel safe around him. I don't even fucking know who she was working with but it definitely wasn't this guy. Then a few months after another girl complained that she didn't like his tone... There was a 2 hour or so meeting, thank god I was off on that day, I believe that may have been sent to HR even.

Just thinking about this stuff, these chicks so incompetent that they have to ask HIM questions every 20 - 30 minutes, and he answers them, helps them do shit. Then when they happen to be on their periods and decide to report him...

Good lord, how do they even breath. Fucking chicks working in a white collar job sitting around on a computer, and they have to create BS drama about the most petty shit I've heard irl yet.

I'm starting to look into some blue collar jobs in CA, cause I think this type of shit may eventually get to me even. IDK, I only have to interact with one of the ladies but even now I don't feel comfy with this shit. If anyone can provide some advice on some blue collar job as an alternative if need be that be great.

I've got about a years worth of salary stored away if need be so I'm not worried about losing the job, still get requests from other contract agencies so I can always get another, but if I do get screwed somehow I'd prefer a more male dominated environment.

TL:DR: Nice BP supervisor working with me and a bunch of other women, gets report to HR for the most petty fucking shit I've ever heard fuck. WB advice for some alternative Blue collar job should shit hit the fan.
