Could see this apply to western women in particular. I have more examples of eastern women behaving in a more classy way than I have ever seen amongst western ones. Do note that the underlying biology of women is very much present all over the world. Just put them in the society we live in and they will not be late gettin' a ticket to the cock carousel, nightclub twerking and snap chat whoring of the west. Therefore I must induce that this most certainly is a women problem and not due to geographics.
