As a man, you are to accept that society views you as a disposable commodity. You have one of two options moving forward.

The options are as follows:

A. You accept this as your position and carry with you all of the stress, browbeating and psychological torment that comes with trying to live as a traditional male in the 21st century. You work to maximize your status so you can more easily reproduce. This is the standard option that's expected of you and the one society has established as the norm.

or

B. You accept this as your position but minimize your involvement with society's norms, opting instead to maximize personal free time and put forth zero effort into trying to get a woman. Likewise, you seek to break out of the 'servile' position that the cultural narrative wants you to remain in for their collective benefit, with the cost being your energy.
