I've been welding and doing metal fabrication for 7 years. Through that time, I've worked with 100 or so welders. Only 2... Were female. It's one of the most male dominated jobs in america.

I can tell you from personal experience, that guys are so excited just to have an average looking woman around, they go out of their way to give them special treatment. This is bullshit, and I don't find it to be true in my own personal experience.

We need to do our jobs twice as good as men to be considered equal. Unfair

Call me a cynic, but I doubt she's even a welder; she's probably making it up to have something to complain about. I've seen too many of these feminists lie through their teeth about things. Similar to how (seemingly) every time their is a highly publicized hate crime against Jews, it was done by one of their own to promote their victimhood.

Even so, if it's true, she needs to get way thicker skin. I guarantee that all the guys are ragging on each other, but she thinks she should be exempt from it. In her mind (and the mind of all feminists) special treatment is equality.
