Even when given gender equality and choice, women tend to not go into science... who knew?

But no they'll scream patriarchy and how they're being oppressed yadda yadda.

Really the only people who complain about a lack of this race, this gender, and so forth need to look at the individuals. Especially if you yourself are not in that field. Ask YOURSELF why you aren't.

they go into it.... because they STEM fields pay more... "countries without gender equality" are also countries where the government doesn't foot your bills... in India most people do Engineering or Medicine not necessarily because they like it... but because it pays well...
