This happens a lot. there is a particular type of incel that becomes a career student and then gets stuck in higher academia as a professor. They wind up teaching intro classes and have to actually interact with attractive women. By that point their combination of self loathing and the years of feminist propaganda have turned them into such wet noodles that these women walk all over them. In turn they develop bitchy attitudes to cope.

From my experiences working in higher academia, they are actually the least problematic ones, though. The real trouble usually starts out when they hire Chad, who got a humanities degree. He usually winds up banging every woman in the department. The women immediately turn on each other and the drama escalates. Eventually they start firing people. They hire some fresh girls, and the whole thing starts over. Eventually one of the older feminists in the department is mad that she can't get attention from Chad and gets him fired, or he moves on of his own volition. Our Humanities department had massive turn over every few years for that exact reason.
