If you guys are that desperate for an LTR, these are some guidelines you should follow.

  1. People (especially women) adapt to their environment: A lot of you guys want a pure, religious country girl, what you're not considering is women change once you bring them to the suburbs. If you want someone to stay the way they are, you have to keep them in that environment.

  2. 26-28 is young to women nowadays: Assuming you've locked down a woman because she's in this age range and assuming she probably wants to settle down is risky. Tons of women don't think like this and want to settle down at 30 or even later. You're gonna get hurt if you make assumptions like this.

  3. If you're looking at marriage don't marry a housewife: Nowadays if a woman doesn't have a career she's just looking to jump from provider to provider, her parents to you. You won't know whether she's actually attracted to you or your money. They won't bring in any income (obviously), so more work for you. And if you get divorced, since she's dependent on you, you're probably gonna fork most of your assets, pay alimony, and child support.

  4. No women that have no intellectual curiosity: If her only hobbies are watching netflix and shopping, you're gonna run out of things to talk about fast. Unless you want to spend the rest of your life talking about meaningless bullshit or making small talk, avoid at all costs.

  5. She's called a partner for a reason: If she doesn't even pull her weight at the start of an LTR, this is a cause to dump her for obvious reasons.
