I've seen posts regarding no fap and masturbation on this here before and it always seems to generate heated comments and that opinion is quite divided. In my opinion like many things it comes down to moderation. If you go out on the weekend and have a few drinks socially thats fine, but if you are drinking yourself asleep everynight with a bottle of whiskey, then you have a problem with alcohol. Or if you have the odd greasy meal thats fine, but if all you do is eat fatty foods and you get obese, then you have a eating issue.

Same with masturbation, there is a healthy level but if your jerking it five times a day to hardcore porn for years on end that will rot your mind and heart.

To any man with issues with energy levels, motivation that faps alot, I would say abstain for a month and see how you feel. Its not like not jerking it is going to kill you. As a general rule I would say only fap when you really must to relive sexual tension, dont make a hobbie of it. Minimizing fapping has been life altering for me personally. And of course fapping is tied in the modern world to high def streaming porn which again is habit forming if not controlled. In my teens if you wanted to see pics of women you had to walk into a shop and buy a copy of playboy. Then internet came, I remember using dial up and it would take five minutes to download one image, teens these days have streaming video !

I do sometimes worry about the addiction these young men will face from such easy access to hardcore porn. Dont get me wrong I have not ethical objection to porn but I think the, how shall I put it tasteful images of the playboy center fold were heatlhier then the crazy porn available online today. Opps did'nt realise this had got so long, just empting thoughts onto a page :D edit grammer
