Gaslighting. Anyone think there's a way to get out?

Audio-record everything all the time if you're in such a situation. Also vagueness is your friend when your mouth is open.

When possible, be vigilant and stay out of trouble. Prevent it, do not fix it, whenever possible. Appear not well off, always have a minute but ok enough amount of cash, never use plastic or ATMs. Think and act like a "grey man" even if not necessarily appearingly needed.

Also, use gaslighters to your advantage - train your shitty (but necessary) behaviour on them, then discard them like the trash they are. My experience - it's difficult to do it, because internal inhibitions, niceguyness, bluepillness, but once you do it and see them see what they're doing done to them and that face of 'experience fuelled' realisation is excellent, you just helped them.

You never get anywhere by calling someone out on their gas lighting. They just lie more. Take notes, audio record, and make them for your reference only. Use them to double check your memory and keep you sane.

Get out as soon as you can.

You don't call anyone out on their gaslighting. The only solution is to man up and make your prerogative the sole purpose. In short, you must create and direction and go to it. Denounce and deny the gaslight and forge ahead.
