Suppose you paid off the mortgage and have great house on a nice piece of land and you still have many years left to live in it or do what you want with it, what do you want to happen to it after you die?

Seeing as I have no kids or nephews/nieces yet but probably will in the future (my older siblings are both planning on getting married and having kids someday, not me), I'm stuck between:

a) Bestow it on my nephews on the conditions that they be good with their finances and never get married (I didn't break my back paying the mortgage so a shrew can take it in a divorce and the nieces can probably fuck off) if they are smart enough, better yet if they were red pilled, basically not be a mangina.

b) Donating it to a charity that focuses on men's issues like prostate cancer or homeless shelters that take in males and aren't dodgy.

I would really hate for the government to take it and somehow help a sexist system that doesn't give a shit about men.

What do you guys think?
