Soy is bad, but being a vegan is not. It takes a while for your body to adjust if you stop eating animal products suddenly, but it’s definitely much healthier in the long run.

There are lots of people who tell the exact opposite, they felt much better after going vegan.

There is this strongman in my country, Patrik Baboumian, won the title as strongest men germanys in 2011, was vegetarian back then, went vegan right afterwards and has become much stronger since.

He says that most strongman have to stop in his age (38) because their body cant keep up, but he keeps getting stronger and stronger, of course you could blame genetics for it too.

He also broke some world records.

Most people find that going vegan is better.

However, I reuse to go vegan. Honestly, who even cares? People who try to brainwash you, that's who.
