i see it more as a righteous fury/indignation, the more of your identity you had tied up in chasing tail/being the head of the house hold the more it hurts to wake up and realize that what society and women had been feeding you all along was pure unadulterated shit.

However, many here haven’t been divorce raped and still hate. If you’ve been cheated on, that could create hate, been manipulated, etc etc. There are some good reasons for it. But I hope rejection isn’t the reason some here generate hate.
Rejection should be your reason to ignore. Why lust over women who don’t lust over you, or appreciate you, want you, desire you, like you, respect you. Respect yourself and move on.

I don't think of it as hate so much as anger; the 'red pill rage' phase. This 'MGTOW Hospital Advisory' is a good reminder to people. The goal is to pass through that rage phase, but that can take a longer or shorter time, depending on the person.

I effortlessly ignore in everyday life but do see the hatred within the confines of printed words within a message board. Hatred but better said is disappointment. We depended on women more than they are capable and not enough from ourselves. The best we chose to see within women just doesn’t exist in an honest way and evaporates the moment we falter with supporting them. We resent them for this and it come off as hatred because in our society the moment we men aren’t smiling when we are talking we’re considered to be popping off in anger.
The resentment is real and it is expressed in anger and hatred.

LOL, I am probably a complete dumbshit compared to Albert Einstein (that's not a put-down; he was crazy smart!), and I doubt people will remember my name 50 (or even 5) years after I die, but I can still strive to be intelligent enough to ignore the gynocentric bullshit in the world. Forgiving is better than anger, but if the gyno crap bounces off my 'ignore shield' then there's not even anything I need to forgive or be angry about, right?
Easier said than done, but it sounds like a worthwhile goal. Anger costs energy and time. I have a lot of red pill rage going, but I'd like to get to the point where I can ignore it someday. (Yeah, be aware enough of the gynos to be able to avoid them, but otherwise ignore.)
