Didn't want to punch her, but mine was lack of 'dread game' if I wanted to keep her (which,... not really as she failed 1 of 2 minimums she needs to be able to manage), so I dug deeper to find out what mistakes I will not be repeating again (polished my red flag detector the fuck out, it's so shiny now I have to wear sunglasses indoors, at night)
