There are so many possible reasons that we would have to know about your situation. It could be associated with an underlying mental illness, such as depression or anxiety. It could be a temporary thing due to life circumstances or increased stress levels. It's possible that it's learned behavior from never developing the skills to manage your time and practice discipline.

IQ is fairly stable throughout the lifespan unless you have some kind of brain injury or develop an illness that degrades brain function. So if you were tested at 120 (which is significantly above average), you should be within 5 or 7 points of that score at least. Social competency is not necessary related to IQ, since IQ is a measure of memory, visual problem solving, verbal comprehension, and processing speed. You can't really increase IQ significantly. That's the reason it's used, is because it's supposed to be a measure of a person's innate abilities. 120 is a very solid score though and enables you to pursue most subjects and disciplines.

Lack of any concrete goals. People go on about IQ but its what you actually do that counts.

I'll simplify some of Jordan peterson's teachings. IQ is an estimate score of how well an individual can solve complex problems. To be amazing in jobs there are other factors like calculating and taking risks, as well as stress resistance etc. That sort of thing you can learn by working in a low end kitchen - it can be a very stressful job. Procrastination is just escapism due to many possible reasons. As for motivation? Everyone seems to think that motivation is some mystical force that your brain magically churns out when people want to do something. But motivation, like discipline is built up overtime from activities that give you some level of satisfaction. In the beginning you may feel you have no motivation but you cant just wait for motivation to "come" to you. It comes after you've already learned that something is rewarding so you want to keep doing it. Motivation comes after your initial actions. So what you need to do is mentally tell yourself that a task will be good for you, and then after you do it you'll feel better. Then you keep doing things and eventually you'll be able to complete extra tasks or learn by yourself because you have now trained your mind to reward you for doing those actions. So what's the easiest way to get started? Make a detailed schedule and keep to it. Make it so you can tick off tasks and hopefully you'll start to notice a change.
