This is a movie about a mgtow, his relationship to the world, and the attempts of society to lure him back to the plantation. Society succeeds by guilt-trapping him with the help of a young girl. At the end he dutifully sacrifices everything for the benefit of others.

Mgtows may find a part of interest in the middle of the movie in which the life of the mgtows and the life of a family man are compared. Praises to family life are declared, but they remain utterly unconvincing, hollow like songs to a monarch no longer loved.

This movie is not interested in sex at all. The only somewhat sexual scene involves a drunk woman exposing her breasts. The mood in which this gesture is framed is one of disgust and pity. We can notice a similar take on sexual pleasure in other recent dramatic productions, such as for example Westworld. Those with fine antennas on the pulse of society may feel the first waves of our western herbivore sentiment: Sex slowly stops being interesting.

This is an enjoyable movie, that delivers visually and otherwise artistically. As mgtow, you will notice that movie asks a few of the right questions. Even if the answers are not yet wholly satisfactory, this is an interesting piece of evidence that society is following slowly in our footsteps. Much for a mgtow to enjoy here.
