The majority of my friends are female (most my male friends are married/enslaved), even worse, many are exes. I'm tempted to ghost on every single one of them and just have no friends.

Being friends with a woman is all of the work, effort, and sacrifice of "dating" with none of the reward. I'm going to start making that thought very clear as I refuse to hang out. Friends are supposed to be based on mutual benefits. I do not think I benefit at all by ANY of my friendships. Even the male ones, but at least the male friendships are a net 0.
