It takes a couple of minutes of quick research to find out that the gender pay-gap, for instance, is a multi-varied equation - it's been shown over and over and over again, that the parameter of sex alone is not responsible for the fact that women get paid less on average than men (yet it's almost always the first thing you hear out of a cunts mouth when equality is the topic).

Amongst other things, it is mostly the manly traits (assertiveness, competitiveness, dominance), which are an indicator of success, that are responsible for this. I don't know one woman in my social surroundings who ever initiated a salary negotiation, for example. On the other hand, take a look at wildly succesful women (CEOs, lawyers, etc), and you will see that they have aquired such manly traits in order to become a succesful person.

Now the typical SJW tard comes along and goes: "Well, wouldn't it be better to, uh, structure business in a way that feminine traits become the ideal and virtue everyone should strife to have?"

Sane person answers: "Sure, why not go ahead and try that. You will see that it is the market that defines what parameters predict success. And it has been proven that manly traits are effective in that regard. Same cannot be said for feminine traits."

SJW: "You're a misogynist."

Sane person: "Kk."
