I call bullshit. Once she would have been done with him, she would have sued him for sexual assault/harassment in the workplace and gotten a fat settlement that would have cost him his business, his marriage (if he was) and possibly his freedom.

Although is probably fake, in a study IIRC 15 or 18% of women admitted to sleeping with a boss. That's the ones that admitted it, so the actual number is likely double that at least.
