Shaming women is ok in any instance where shaming men would also be appropriate. Different sets of rules for genders really isn't necessary on this. If a business has a sign saying "shirt and shoes required for service" then that policy applies to everyone regardless of gender. Those who ignore it (also regardless of gender) deserve any shame or embarrassment they get when they are reminded of the dress code policy.

The very idea of "shaming" someone is a bit off track though because it implies that their feeling of shame was caused by someone else...and the other person is responsible. The other person might well have done something preceeding the feeling of shame, but shame is an emotional response that cannot be created externally. It is a reaction to circumstances...and one which is controlled by beliefs. Accuse a nudist of "shameful nudity" and they have no emotional response of shame because they don't have the underlying belief that there is anything shameful about nudity. If we start trying to make others accountable for our feelings then we are setting our selves up to be perpetual victims.

I recognize the dude. He is a comedian as well. This shit is fake as fuck.

But if it were real...why is it ok to wear an old T-shirt and jeans to this restaurant but not OK to wear a luxury robe? Hell, just look at the whiteness of the two articles of clothes. His is fresh white...her's has been washed about 400 times.
