Confidence... Trust. Stability. Solid. Supreme and unquestionable belief in the truth of someone or some thing. Not only the truth, but that they are reliable. They stand the test of time.

People talk about alpha and beta. Weak and strong. Different models and ways of looking at the world. The truth is there is no real truth through words. You can never capture reality with words, only an impression. You can't simply label people. The amorphous blob of experience that is you could never be exactly defined with words, you are unique.

Still that's what makes real connection so incredible. The fact that you can find someone who might not ever be able to mirror your experience exactly, but can deeply understand you.

Short and sweet, you can never have solid relationships with people until you find a solid point in yourself. Something you can trust in.

You need to experience trust in yourself and your feelings to ever build any sort of frame. Something that is unshakeable. Something that can never be taken from you.

That's why people here recommend lifting. It's painful, but it doesn't lie to you. When you grow, you don't need words, you just know it through and through. You couldn't do something before and now you can do it easily.

It's so amazing to have a feeling you can trust in. Funny thing is, when you are really trusting of yourself and congruent, that's something many people need, and they are attracted to you.
