So... some thoughts on the 2017 Mummy movie.

Tom Cruise’s character was a ‘relationship’ with the blonde woman who is a bitch to him. Hates him. Insults him every single dialogue line and decision. Nothing is appealing about her. No chemistry. (Not even attractive to me tbh) Just mean and annoying.

Then the smoking hot Mummy comes who is fully in love with Tom Cruise. Gives him unlimited god power...

Then at the end he inexplicably betrays the Mummy princess using his new found power, resurrects the woman who he had zero chemistry with and says he chooses HER, then leaves to wander the earth alone (+comedic sidekick).

Pretty bizzare. Turns out he was a simp in the end

Should have chosen the perfect companion Mummy. Was she a metaphor for something 🤖
