I got really panicked and called him loads, apologising and pleading with him to come back and talk to me. I also sent a long apologetic email....but he didn't replied. Instead he blocked me on facebook, blocked me on whatsapp etc etc.

He's such a passive person that he's never really said anything to hurt me or been nasty in anyway. I think that's why I've always felt so guilty throughout our relationship.

Sure it shows a lack of loyalty and discretion, but these are not qualities women possess at all. When you're talking to a woman. When you're around a woman. Don't consider any of it private. Generally, reading that post, the guy sounds like a giant manbaby tbh. I know because I used to be this way. I was raised in a family that consisted of "keep your feelings to yourself", so I never had anyone to talk to about anything. So when I did get into a relationship where I could do that, I just kept everything bottled up and got pissed off at the missus because while everything WAS her fault (typically, anyway), I never talked to her about it to try and fix things.

Typically even MGTOW need some form of vent, whether it be video games or chilling with bros n' shit. But it is indeed unhealthy to keep everything to yourself in terms of emotions.

But I'm sure most of it was the woman's fault anyway and she just didn't see it even if it was glaring her straight in the face. And it's funny because the title is 30F and I'm like "Here's THE WALL!"

If ever I did anything to hurt or upset him, even by accident, he wouldn't confront me. Instead he would just shut me out and stop speaking to me, leaving me to guess what I'd done wrong.
