After I meet a new plate for a few dates I write out some notes about her to remind me of her red flags. The reason I do this is to keep oneitus in check and also as a vetting process for an LTR. Some here may not bother with this but I'm an older red piller and looking for an LTR for the next while. I'm interested to hear if other people are doing this. This is the general format I use, more often it's just a random list of stories she's told me but I'd like to get a better format in place.

  • Specific red flag events: example- solo travel or large N number.

  • Feminine qualities: example- does she submit to me, does she have feminine charm or does she have manish qualities.

  • Family Relationships- does she get on well with her father and mother and do they have a stable relationship.

  • Social Abilities- those fabled words "I have more guy friends than girl friends" is a huge concern. She should have a solid group of female friends.

  • Diet/Wellness- to what level does she do drugs, is she interested in fitness and healthy eating.

  • Does she pass the cleanliness check- Is her car littered with plastic wrappers, is her bedroom like a pig sty, no one should accept that shit from a mature adult.

I think this is important so that you are not blinded towards a trainwreck by a good pair of tits and pass up someone with more potential because you haven't reviewed all the facts in totality. Anyone got any more suggestions that i'm missing?
