We need to make it legal for males only to audio record sexual encounters for proof of sexual consent. Non verbal cues need to made indefensible in a court of law. If it's not written or oral, consent can not be contested.

The law is based on what a reasonable and prudent would think or do. In consent of verbal cues, looking at a video of a woman giving cues, the question of if a reasonable and prudent would conclude lack of consent is what would be asked, and that sounds okay with me.
