I don't believe the whole global warming scam anyway. These statistics they quote are usually guesses and extrapolations. Eg; a few years ago it was estimated that a certain number (I can't remember exactly) of polar bears were dead within a certain amount of square kilometers. However, to arrive at that figure you might think they surveyed the entire area, oh no they didn't. The researcher stumped upon a small pack (about 10) of polar bears that had been caught in a storm and drowned. He then said, well there are xx amount of bears dead in this square kilometer, so there must be xx amount of dead bears in each square kilometer of this region. He then concluded that huge amounts of polar bears are dying. I suspect something similiar in these figures.
