About 2.5 million American women have had pelvic inflammatory disease, an often-symptomless infection of the reproductive tract that can cause infertility and lasting abdominal pain, a new U.S. government report shows.

Scientists also found that those who had 10 or more male sex partners experienced pelvic inflammatory disease three times as often as women with a single partner.

The culprits in most cases of pelvic inflammatory disease, or PID, are the sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) chlamydia and gonorrhea, researchers said. Overall, about 4.4 percent of American women said they'd been diagnosed with PID.

I was with a girl that I wouldn't be surprise if she had abortions or chlamydia/gonorrhea before (seemed like a big slut). Never told me though.

Thing is, she was not on the pill, I am sure, but her periods were odd/nonexistent really and she lied about it, I think.

About once a month, we'd have a 2 day break where we didn't see each other. She'd come back and say "just finished my period".

Now, I fucked her the day before it supposedly started and like the day after it ended. But I saw no trace. No characteristic changes in odor, taste, or feeling. No smidgen of blood on my member. This went on for what should have been 9 menstrual cycles.

This is very different than any other girl I've been with.

Am I crazy or was this chick not having periods and lying about it? Pretty convenient that the timing was always such that she had to work 3 days straight for 9 periods in a row and I always missed it totally. Never once saw her fucking around with a tampon or pad.

Are really weird (nonexistent) menstrual cycles a sign of past STDs/abortions? I didn't find much via google.
