I think the sentiment of betraying your own gender is a little silly. I care about men because I care about human beings. Feminist men care about women because they care about women.

I think the worst thing a man can do isn't "betraying his own gender" by for example agreeing with feminist women that men are all rapists, violent and oppressive.
