In the interests of full disclosure I have to admit that I use to be the biggest Blue Pill simp on the planet. I have been in two ltr where I did 99% of all the driving, paying, and paying. I treated both of my exes very well. To be honest I treated them too well. My most recent ex and I have been split for just over a year, and for most of that year I really desperately wanted her back, despite all the hell she continued to put me through. I would take her places, buy her things, and try to spend as much time with her as possible. She continued to tell me "maybe one day" so I kept trying. The whole affair took its toll on my life. I began drinking heavily. I was deeply depressed, and suicidal. The most she would do was have sex with me on occasion. Yes, I know it was stupid, but from my experience with most other women, I'm about as appealing as a sandpaper covered dildo. Then one day I learned she had been spending time with her ex while ignoring me. He is like an Emo version of Chad. Though he is a complete tool in every way he has a new GF about every other week. Throughout my relationship with her she complained about how much of dick he had been, so something in me just snapped. It was then I realized how much she was leading me on (hell I even took her to the beach for a weekend). I saw how cruel and conniving she really was, and that she had no intention of being with me, and never did. It infuriated me that she never said a word. That I spend all that time, money, and energy on someone who was only using it to her advantage. I told her that I never wanted to see or speak with her ever again. The only upside is that it taught me a valuable lesson. Trusting women is a mistake. Now I find myself despising them a little more each and every day. It taught me to avoid them as best I can. I now realize that we have to stop competing over them. We have allowed them to set the rules for this game for too long, and now the only way to win is not to play. Until the day comes where every man can say with one voice "NO" women will hold the advantage. This isn't men going their own way, this is men going the only way, because no matter how Alpha you are, so long as you compete for women they will be the real winners. When we compete over women we subtly acquiesce to their erroneous notion that they deserve to be competed over, and are therefore better than us.
