The loophole is easy: pay based on hours put in, pay bonuses on a monthly basis based on achievements unlocked.

Those who are dedicated to the job will make out like bandits, those who only put in the minimum will get paid the minimum. And because what a person gets is tied to how much time and effort they put in, it is gender-agnostic.

This allows anyone, man or woman, to make spank dinero and still stay in compliance with the law.

And then you see a report showing that women are four times more sensitive to economic status when rating attractiveness of the opposite sex. And then you hear women complain where have all the good men gone. Um doesn't take a scientist to link the obvious.

Women want a man better than them that's their hypergamous instinct. Hence, equality between the sexes goes against their instinct. And yet being better than them offends their feelings. Now whats more important, the future of humanity or women's feelings? It's so easy and clear and yet women and cucks just get mental hiccups when you show them this logic.

The law only applys to companies that have 25 or more employees. So make a 25 person company and outsource your HR, accounting, customer service and cleaning services. Thats one solution and im not a smart man.
