Most women value their ''quality of life" too much and this is why there are not enough female ceos. Of course they will blame the boogeyman patriarchy for it, just to get more victim funding.

This has been proved a few times already. (STEM in UK, 2000s; Leadership in UK 80s; female NYFD 70s, etc.)
