Yup. You see a lot of it here because sex is the primary motivator for men. If you're sex starved, sex is a priority.
It's easier to sell self improvement to those who need it most if there's sex on the end of the stick.

So let's break down your numbers. 7.3 billion people in the world right now = at least 7.3 billion sexual acts.
However some of the people in the world right now are from parents who are now dead or a lot are under 10. So perhaps only 5 billion people in the entire world has had sex at least once.
Now how many of the 7.3 billion people in the world haven't eaten once? Zero!!!
Therefore sex is not nearly as natural as eating or breathing. In fact many of the 7.3 billion people have never done it
