It depends on what her options are.

Generally, she'll get jealous of the job because it represents an aspect of her man's life that she can't fully control. So she'll try to establish that control through emotional abuse (you're not doing enough/you work too much) and economic abuse (it's my money too/overspending).

She will eventually establish more control (if she has options) and display that all too familiar hypergamous nature by cheating (maybe even with her man's coworkers).

It's an age old problem. She wants the money you make from working and she wants you around to give her more attention.

Actually I've found the opposite. They want a man totally engaged in his work because it means he'll be a great provider and won't brood when he comes home. YMMV.

I don't have this experience at all.

I also only see women at night clubs or co-workers I do not touch / flirt with. A few hot girls I'll flirt with who are really new because I don't care if they stay but once they've made friends with too many others if they aren't flirty with me, I'm not flirty with them. This keeps the balance sane and I don't work with many directly, new vs where I am.
