1) Dude, the rules are written on a big ass sign on the submission page before you post. Can you not read?
"Personal and situational advice questions should be directed to r-askTRP"
2) Did you seriously ask us to motivate you into doing what you know you should already be doing?
Why do people like you keep coming here?
I'm not really driven to really change because people here are mostly 20+ although I do want to change, so it leaves me feeling like "I know what to do, but I'll just do it after some years have passed". Next to that you have the overwhelming privileges I'm already in (192cm Dutch guy, can go to a good uni, speak multiple languages already and still expanding, no childhood issues, no divorced parents, 2k+ € in bank) so the necessity to change is not really present either. Do any of you here have any advice as on what to do in this situation exactly? I feel like my mate is light years ahead of me, which is all the better for him of course and props to him, but what should I prioritise doing? Changing mentally or do the physical things first? Or leave it completely until I'm in my twenties? Honestly the little things I'm doing feel good (nofap 1 week in, gaining weight, 'frame', developing an IDGAF attitude) but so scattered as well with the only aim to become a better person to prepare me for the future.

This is riddled with failure.
Don't talk to us like a bitch
