So last night the Ex comes over to pick up some of her crap that ended up in my move-out pile, and I have one of Turd Flinging Monkey's videos playing on the TV while she's here. I didn't turn it down or off while she was poking around because fuck her. After a few minutes she stops rummaging and listening. Then she asks me if I "buy into all of this stuff about women" to which I respond "Absolutely." Then she asks why I'm listening to it and if I listen to a lot of it, I tell her its none of her business. Then the following exchange happened and I had to tell you all about it.

"But I'm a woman," she says. "I'm standing right here. Do you have any idea what its like to have to constantly hear how worthless and awful you are?"

"Yeah. All I have to do for that is turn it on any network TV channel." I replied. She opened her mouth to talk, but I saw the realization that I was right cross her eyes for a minute. She quickly dismissed it with a snort of derision then got back to her crap and left soon after.
