I don't know but I tripped with a girlfriend back in the day.

She loved it. No anxiety or anything and this was an ego-death dosage.

I think its because women are more apprehensive

No idea about women in YouTube videos, but you have to take into account the kind of people that do those types of videos. They go into everything being exaggerated or showy. I doubt there's much of a real correlation between gender and good or bad trips, but I've been wrong about some assumptions before too.

In my experience of taking psychedelics and taking part of group trip, we are all out of control of the circumstances that we come into contact with, and generally what I have come into with were women having a lower trip. I don't like to say a bad trip cause they came back from the trip at least able to interact with reality and learning something from the experience, but the reason for the downer in the trip in my opinion is always something being hidden or unsaid from their minds , which when taking psychedelics it becomes a manifestation and starts to be attracted into your reality either to release or define what your subconscious is holding in. I'm not saying only women have low trips, men also have low trips. Insecurities also play a big role in the trips either you accept them or define them more.
