Feel free if you want to answer with your comments about "women in the workforce" in general, but here's my 2 cents about women working in IT.

I won't lie the idea of finding such a unicorn seemed realistic. A woman who would understand programming jokes, know how to code, understand my day to day frustrations and instead of making stupid small talk would be able to have real discussions.

I don't want to digress too much with this story, but it didn't take me long to realise women in IT are perhaps some of the worst kinds of women, and there's a reason for that.

IT is an industry almost entirely made up of beta bucks and cucks. The ratios in IT too are completely out of whack. 1 female for every what? 20 males?

So what you end up with is an office of cucks who put these female programmers, testers, analysts on a pedestal. Guys use them too as a means to establish their alpha dominance -> In other words : I'm that guy who's going to lunch with Betty!

These women get free passes too based on their looks.

Because of this, they find themselves in a perfect industry for milking.

I've met some assholes, but when you find these super bitches they're almost impossible to retaliate against. They're well connected with an entire army of white knights.

Your best bet is to not try and become super pals with them. Be polite and courteous but don't ever think you can trust them. Less is more.

Trust me on this, the more they think you're a mystery the more respect they'll have for you. Don't give them any information AT ALL. About your personal life. Keep them guessing.

Keep on high alert for their subtle manipulative tricks. Back the truth, don't fall victim for these bitches.

Also even if you have a common enemy don't engage in any bitching sessions thinking it will strengthen your position with one of these bitches. What will end up happening is she'll use you for a while then betray you later politically.

And remember when it comes to women in IT - then forsure 100% bonafide AWALT.
