As a hard working male who likes to get ahead in life, I have come to the realization by observing my parents, relatives and people around me that the more wealth you are able to obtain and the further you are ahead in life the higher your risk of losing everything becomes.

Society made some really, really stupid laws and are naturally bias towards sympathy rather than logic and facts.

An example of such is that should a billionaire marry a gold digger due to being manipulated, he is by law obliged to hand over 500 million in assets to the ex wife.

The court does not account for what the wife did during the marriage and for some fucked up reason, she gets a % of the husband's total wealth regardless of proven contribution.

This could easily be fixed by doing an audit of your accounts to estimate who contributed to the income of the family and split the wealth accordingly.

Should the wife have proven to only done housewife activities during the entire duration of the marriage, she should be compensated the average wage of a help or maid. If the total sum of her wages outweighs 50% of the total amount of assets within the marriage, she receives the lesser of the 2. With this rule change women are now encouraged to actually work hard and become a contributor to society rather than mostly a liability. This stops all gold diggers and women looking for an easy way out by finding a man to "look after her" then betraying him when hes accumulated enough wealth to last her many years by way of divorce and taking half.

This also promotes more intelligent men to give marriage a try as a lot of us currently do not wish to take this unnecessary risk.
